Shipping Rates

We provide free shipping for West Malaysia orders above RM80 and East Malaysia orders above RM200.

Shipping rates are RM6 for West Malaysia and RM25 for East Malaysia.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery time within Malaysia typically takes 2-5 business days after fulfilment. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays and other busy periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.

Free O/T Shaker Bottle

Please note that our Free O/T shaker bottle is only available to first-time customers and limited to one bottle per order. If you have made a purchase with us before, the free bottle will not be included in your parcel.

Cancellations and Amendments

Please note that we do not allow cancellations or amendments to orders once they have been placed and confirmed.
